Recruitment of Contractual Staff for ICMR-Funded Extramural Project at AIIMS Bhopal

AIIMS Bhopal is inviting eligible candidates for the Written Test/Interview for various contractual positions in an ICMR-funded extramural research project under the guidance of Dr. Shikha Malik, Professor & Head of Pediatrics.

Vacancy Details:

The following positions are available for the project:

1. Project Technical Support III (Management)

   • Vacancies: 1

   • Category: UR

   • Qualification: Graduate degree (3 years) in a relevant subject + 3 years experience OR Postgraduate degree in relevant field (For Engineering/IT/CS: 4-year Graduate Degree)

   • Monthly Salary: ₹33,600 (₹28,000 + 20% HRA)

2. Project Technical Support III (Nurse)

   • Vacancies: 2

   • Category: UR

   • Qualification: Four-year Nursing Course + 12th Science + Diploma (MLT/DMLT or equivalent) with 5 years experience OR 3 years Graduate degree + 2 years experience

   • Monthly Salary: ₹33,600 (₹28,000 + 20% HRA)

3. Project Technical Support III (Lab)

   • Vacancies: 1

   • Category: UR

   • Qualification: 12th in Science + Diploma (MLT/DMLT or equivalent) with 5 years experience OR 3 years Graduate degree + 2 years experience

   • Monthly Salary: ₹24,000

Selection Process:

• Venue: SMART Unit Seminar Room, 2nd Floor, OPD Block, AIIMS Bhopal

• Date of Written Test/Interview: 14th October 2025

• Time: 9:30 AM (Reporting Time)

• Written Exam: Multiple-choice questions covering Medical Science, Analytical Ability, and the Relevant Area

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Relaxation: Available for SC/ST/OBC candidates, Retrenched Government Employees, Departmental Candidates, and Ex-servicemen as per Central Government guidelines.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The appointment is purely on a temporary contractual basis and does not guarantee future permanent placement.

2. The contract may be terminated with a 30-day notice by either party.

3. Candidates in government service must provide a ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of the interview.

4. Candidates should bring all original documents and two passport-sized photographs for verification.
